Getting paid faster is one of small business owners’ most critical problems. Cash flow challenges are cited as a cause for 82% of small business failures, and this remains an unsolved problem despite rapid innovation in fintech. QB Payments is core to solving it: we currently process $175B of the $2T in invoices sent across the QuickBooks platform, having grown at a 40% CAGR since our 2017 platform investment.
Job Overview
FY27 is a pivotal year for QB Payments. We’re pursuing several major initiatives to accelerate Total Payment Volume and deepen our role in how small businesses get paid. We are looking for a Head of Payments Partnerships to lead this agenda. This position requires strong strategic problem-solving and communication skills, the ability to influence and develop productive partnerships at all levels of the organization, and a strong understanding of Intuit’s mission and values. This is a role with broad exposure to senior leaders across GBSG and the Services Segment.
You will lead a team, reporting to the Director of Business Development, and work closely with our Payments leadership, Product, Commercial, Engineering, Risk, and Ops teams to address our customers’ AR problems and accelerate growth.
