About the Role Group Manager of CI supports the development and deployment of an operations-wide OPEX process improvement strategy across multiple manufacturing global sites. Acts as a change agent to eliminate waste and drive ongoing Lean improvements, cost reductions, and streamlined processes.

What You'll Do

• Facilitate Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, Quick hits and strategic projects from definition through execution, coordinating cross-functional resources and communicating results throughout the business.
• Work with site lean resources to develop, standardize and deliver training and tools; mentor leaders and associates in lean management tools; establish common language and processes across sites.
• Lead multiple site CI projects from definition through sustainment; manage competing priorities and travel up to 75%.
• Establish and report KPI dashboards, executive-level updates, and contribute to digital lean strategies in partnership with automation and data teams.
• Drive accountability for project teams and select appropriate lean tools (VSM, Standard Work, 6S, Flow, SMED, TPM, Kanban, Poka-Yoke, JIT, PFEP, Visual Management, PFEP, root cause analysis, 8D, 5-Why).
• Build skills of functional leaders through hands-on mentoring and training; extend Lean language and tools across sites.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• 4+ years of manufacturing process improvement experience; specific experience with OEE, SMED, TPM, machine optimizers, and material flow.
• Strong facilitation and coaching experience; proven problem-solving and behavior-change abilities.
• Proficiency in Lean principles (Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen); project management and Microsoft tools (Excel, Pareto, PowerPoint, Visio or equivalent).
• Demonstrated success building a Lean management system in a manufacturing environment and driving KPI improvements.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
