About the Role Group Manager of CI supports the development and deployment of an operations-wide OPEX process improvement strategy across multiple manufacturing global sites. Acts as a change agent to eliminate waste and drive ongoing Lean improvements, cost reductions, and streamlined processes.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, Quick hits and strategic projects from definition through execution, coordinating cross-functional resources and communicating results throughout the business.
- Work with site lean resources to develop, standardize and deliver training and tools; mentor leaders and associates in lean management tools; establish common language and processes across sites.
- Lead multiple site CI projects from definition through sustainment; manage competing priorities and travel up to 75%.
