About the Role The Vetting Operations team sits within the Partner Lifecycle and Trust Operations organization, a function within Microsoft Business Operations (MBO). Our mission is to strengthen, simplify, and scale risk management and compliance operations to protect Microsoft. What You'll Do
- Lead and guide the Vetting Operations group within the MBO to oversee 3rd party vetting and risk management processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive governance and scale operations.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team to uphold compliance standards and improve efficiency. What We're Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in business operations or risk/compliance with 3rd party vetting experience.
- Strong program management and stakeholder management skills.
