About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Group Litigation Counsel to provide strategic legal advice on litigation and dispute resolution, manage external counsel, and protect the Group's legal interests across commercial disputes, regulatory investigations, employment claims, and contractual disagreements. What You'll Do
- Provide strategic legal advice on litigation and dispute resolution.
- Manage external counsel and oversee litigation.
- Minimize legal risk exposure through proactive legal support and early dispute resolution.
- Represent the company in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings as needed.
- Represent the Group in courts and tribunals at magistrate, federal, state, and appellate levels.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis of precedents.
- Develop case strategy with external counsel for prosecution and defence.
