About the Role Group Life Coordinator 2 at the Eastern Oregon Youth Correctional Facility is part of the Oregon Youth Authority. You will help maintain a safe and secure environment for youth and staff, providing guidance and pro-social role modeling to promote constructive daily activities. What You'll Do
- Coach, confront, and correct youth behavior as necessary.
- Observe, evaluate, and record youth behavior, attitudes, and participation in treatment groups, recreational activities, vocational/educational programs, and community service. What We're Looking For
- Ability to work in a corrections environment with youth.
- Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills.
- Commitment to safety and positive youth development. Nice to Have
- Prior experience as a group life coordinator or similar role; experience with pro-social modeling. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $4,945.00 - $6,258.00 per month.
