Section: About the Role Section: Overview As Group Internal Control Manager, you will be responsible for strengthening the Group’s internal control environment and supporting the identification, assessment, monitoring, and mitigation of operational, financial, regulatory, and enterprise risks across all subsidiaries. The role ensures adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices while promoting a strong risk-aware culture across the Group.

- Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices
- Promote a strong risk-aware culture across the Group
Section: Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA, CIA, CISA, CRISC, or FRM is an added advantage
- Minimum of 6–10 years’ experience in Internal Control, Risk Management, Internal Audit, or Compliance, preferably within financial services
- Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, internal control principles, and regulatory expectations
