Group General Manager (Expatriate)

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversee the execution of multidisciplinary projects across architecture, engineering, construction, and property development
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery
• Drive operational excellence, governance, safety, and quality standards across projects and departments
• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, including clients, partners, and internal teams
• Contribute to business development and strategic planning to support growth and project portfolio expansion
• Guide succession planning, talent development, and performance management for leadership and technical staff

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in multidisciplinary architecture, engineering, construction, or property development projects
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver high-impact outcomes
• Experience in an expatriate role or readiness to undertake international assignment (Group General Manager position)
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Track record of driving operational excellence, safety, and quality in project delivery
• Relevant qualifications aligned with the architecture, engineering, or construction fields; advanced degrees are advantageous but not required based on the information provided
