About the Role Provide fun, safe, and effective group exercise instruction in a corporate/ YMCA location. The role involves leading classes, ensuring safety, and engaging with members to promote wellness. What You'll Do
- Teach group exercise class in a corporate location.
- Follow scheduled formats, keep accurate records of attendance, and make announcements before or after class as requested by director.
- Report faulty equipment to supervisor.
- Demonstrate proper form, technique, and body alignment. What We're Looking For
- Hold nationally recognized personal training certification.
- CPR/First Aid certification.
- Blood borne pathogens training and child abuse prevention training.
- Ability to teach choreography.
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Maintain safety and communicate with members.
