Job title: Group Coordinator Lead - High Lift Equip Operator
About the Role DHL Supply Chain is hiring for a Group Coordinator Lead - High Lift Equip Operator to support and lead a group in the warehouse/clerical setting, ensuring shipments are coordinated with carriers and KPI targets are met.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate shipments with carriers and ensure OB orders are picked in compliance with customer standards; lead and coordinate job responsibilities for associates; navigate Excel/WMS to meet KPIs.
- Move, stock, stage, and store products using high lift reach equipment and other warehouse equipment; maintain inventory accuracy and proper stock rotation.
- Pull and prepare product for shipment with exact quantity and type; maintain records and reports for inventory; assist in physical inventories; keep equipment clean and in good condition.
- Provide daily direction and training to the work group; ensure OSHA and MSDS standards are followed; report quality variances.
- Support OT as needed; collaborate to maintain a safe, efficient warehouse environment.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent; 6 months warehousing/inventory experience preferred.
- Excel capabilities; WMS navigation; experience leading a shift; ability to work OT as needed; forklift certified.
Nice to Have
- Experience with high-lift equipment and electronic wire-guided systems (where installed).
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $22.75 per hour on 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:00pm – 10:00pm).
