Job title: Group Coordinator Lead - High Lift Equip Operator
About the Role Group Coordinator Lead – High Lift Equip Operator is a working-lead role within DHL Supply Chain. You will lead a specified group within the warehouse, direct daily workflow, and ensure safety and quality standards while supporting the Supervisor.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the workflow and duty allocation for team members within an assigned department of the facility, including Put-Away, Inventory, Receiving, Shipping/Pack-out, Staging, and Order Selecting.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for associates and work alongside the team as a working-lead.
- Train new associates, monitor production, provide constructive feedback, and assist the Supervisor to ensure the highest customer standards.
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of a stand-up Order Picker and Reach Truck; experience with other material handling equipment is a plus.
- Report to the Supervisor and support department goals.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 3+ years in a progressive role within a supply chain, logistics, warehouse or distribution environment as a Team Lead, Workflow Planner, or similar role that requires decision-making and leading others.
- Experience training and supervising associates and ability to lead and make decisions under pressure.
- A minimum of 6 months’ experience operating stand-up material handling equipment; first preference for stand-up Order Picker and Reach Truck; experience with other equipment such as Cherry Picker, Sit-down, Clamp, Electric Pallet Jack is a plus.
- Ability to allocate workflow, monitor production, and ensure safety and quality standards; strong communication skills.
