About the Role DHL Supply Chain is hiring for a Group Coordinator Lead - High Lift Equip Operator. This role leads workflow and duty allocation for a team within an assigned department of the facility and acts as a working-lead, joining the team on the floor as the initial point of contact for associates. The position reports to a Supervisor and supports training and performance standards.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the workflow and work duty allocation for team members within an assigned department of the facility to include: Put-Away, Inventory, Receiving, Shipping / Pack-out, Staging, Order Selecting areas.
- This is a working-lead role. You will work alongside your team while being the initial point of contact for associates.
- Train associates, monitor production, give constructive feedback, provide training to new associates, and assist the Supervisor to ensure the highest customer standards.
- Responsible for safe and efficient operation of stand-up material handling equipment and adherence to safety protocols.
- Support and lead a specified group in the warehouse/clerical setting and provide daily direction and guidance to the work group.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 3+ years in a progressive role within a supply chain, logistics, warehouse or distribution environment as a Team Lead, Workflow Planner or other role that requires making decisions and leading other associates in their daily tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to train and develop associates and to monitor production to meet customer standards.
- A minimum of 6 months’ experience operating stand-up material handling equipment; first preference for Stand-up Order Picker and Reach Truck. Experience with other equipment (Order Picker—Cherry Picker, Sit-down, Clamp, Electric Pallet Jack) is a plus.
- The role reports directly to the Supervisor and requires collaboration, safety focus, and commitment to quality.
Nice to Have
- Experience operating additional material handling equipment such as Cherry Picker, Sit-down forklift, Clamp, Electric Pallet Jack.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $21.40 per hour plus $1 shift differential (third shift).
