Job title: Group Coordinator Lead

About the Role Group Coordinator Lead at DHL Supply Chain leads daily recoup, damage processing, and hazardous waste operations within a fast-paced warehouse. This role combines system execution with hands-on operational support, directing a work group to meet safety, accuracy, and productivity standards. The position is based in Phoenix, AZ and operates on the first shift (Mon–Fri).

What You'll Do

  • Lead daily recoup, damage processing, and hazardous waste operations, ensuring compliance with DHL standards, system accuracy, and safety regulations.
  • Provide day-to-day direction to the work group; assign schedules; supervise and train associates; monitor progress.
  • Process damaged products in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) accurately and in a timely manner; create and maintain item family locations within WMS.
  • Execute over-labeling projects, including creating and printing new labels; rework damaged product and complete required physical conversions.
  • Ensure proper identification, handling, and disposal of waste based on established waste codes; maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and hazardous material handling requirements.
  • Support inventory integrity through accurate system transactions and physical product handling; coordinate daily workflow and provide guidance to team members; open/close the building as directed.
  • Maintain training records, review documents for accuracy, monitor performance, and report unsafe conditions to supervision.

What We're Looking For

  • 6–12 months warehouse experience; 6–12 months forklift operation experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; forklift operator certificate or completion of forklift-training program within first 30 days preferred.
  • Previous leadership experience in a warehouse setting preferred.
  • Ability to lead and support recoup and damage processing activities; familiarity with WMS and inventory control.
  • Commitment to safety and hazardous materials handling requirements.

Nice to Have

  • Leadership experience in warehouse operations; ability to coordinate daily workflows and train associates.
  • Knowledge of hazardous waste codes and regulatory compliance; experience with over-labeling projects.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $22.45 per hour.
