Job title: Group Coordinator Lead
About the Role DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Group Coordinator Lead to supervise a work group in its Aurora, CO facility. The role focuses on assigning workloads, training associates, and monitoring progress to drive safety, accuracy, and performance. The position involves handling and shipment of hazardous waste/materials; candidates must be at least 21 years old and comply with PPE requirements in the warehouse.
What You'll Do
- Lead team workload distribution, drive goal achievement, and model high-performance leadership.
- Assign work schedules and train associates; monitor progress and provide day-to-day direction.
- Review documents for accuracy and legibility; maintain records/logs.
- Open/close and secure the building as directed; report unsafe conditions to supervisor.
- Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to associates.
- Assist with handling and shipment of hazardous waste/materials; ensure compliance with safety requirements.
What We're Looking For
- 6-12 months warehouse experience
- 6-12 months forklift operation experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- 1 year working with WMS or Inventory Systems; 1 year with previous leadership experience in a warehouse setting (Required)
- Forklift operator certificate or completion of forklift-training program within the first 30 days (preferred)
- Must be at least 21 years old; ability to wear PPE as required
- Hazardous Materials experience (preferred)

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $24.90/hour
- Shift: 1st Shift; Hours 6:30am-6:30pm; Days Monday-Thursday
