Group Coordinator Lead

About the Role DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Group Coordinator Lead to oversee the workflow and duty allocation for a team within an assigned facility department (Put-Away, Inventory, Receiving, Shipping/Pack-out, Staging, Order Selecting). This is a working-lead role and the initial point of contact for associates, working alongside the team to meet customer standards.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage daily work schedules and task assignments for the team within the designated department.
• Serve as a working-lead, collaborating with the team and acting as the primary point of contact for associates.
• Train associates, monitor progress, provide constructive feedback, and assist the Supervisor to ensure high customer standards.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of material handling equipment (stand-up Order Picker and Reach Truck; other equipment such as Order Picker (Cherry), Sit-down, Clamp, Electric Pallet Jack) as applicable.
• Monitor production, adjust staffing as needed to meet workload, and ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Communicate with Supervisor and provide day-to-day direction and guidance to the work group.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 3+ years in a progressive role within supply chain, logistics, warehouse or distribution environment as a Team Lead, Workflow Planner or other role that requires decision-making and leading other associates.
• A minimum of 6 months experience operating stand-up material handling equipment; first preference given to stand-up Order Picker and Reach Truck; experience with other equipment such as Cherry Picker, Sit-down, Clamp, Electric Pallet Jack is a plus.
• Ability to train associates, monitor production, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to customer standards.
• Reports to the Supervisor and works with the team to achieve targets.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; safety-conscious and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with additional material handling equipment mentioned.
• Prior working-lead experience or training capabilities.
