Job title: Group Coordinator Lead
About the Role Group Coordinator Lead at DHL Supply Chain will lead and manage workload and duties for a team within an assigned facility department. This is a working-lead role that serves as the initial point of contact for associates and ensures high customer standards. The position reports to the Supervisor and supports training and performance monitoring.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the workload and duty allocation for team members in areas such as Put-Away, Inventory, Receiving, Shipping/Pack-out, Staging, and Order Selecting.
- Act as the day-to-day point of contact for associates; provide training and guidance; monitor production; give constructive feedback; and assist the Supervisor.
- Assign work schedules, train associates, and monitor progress for the work group; ensure alignment with customer standards.
- Utilize stand-up material handling equipment (minimum 6 months experience) and potentially operate Order Picker and Reach Truck; experience with Cherry Picker, Sit-down, Clamp, Electric Pallet Jack is a plus.
- Collaborate with the Supervisor to maintain safety and efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 3+ years in a progressive role within supply chain, logistics, warehouse or distribution environment as a Team Lead, Workflow Planner, or similar role.
- Experience training associates, monitoring production, and providing constructive feedback.
- Safe and efficient operation of stand-up Order Picker and Reach Truck; experience with other material handling equipment is a plus.
- Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to guide and develop associates to meet customer standards.
Nice to Have
- Experience operating additional material handling equipment such as Cherry Picker, Sit-down, Clamp, Electric Pallet Jack; training or development-focused mindset.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $21.50 per hour, plus a $1 shift differential for 2nd shift (effective up to $22.50/hour).
