Job title: Group Coordinator Lead
About the Role DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Group Coordinator Lead to oversee workflow and duty allocation in a facility. This is a working-lead role, serving as the initial point of contact for associates, and reporting to the Supervisor. The position operates on the second shift (Mon-Thurs, 4:00pm-2:00am) at the Manteno, IL site.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the workflow and work duty allocation for team members within the assigned department (Put-Away, Inventory, Receiving, Shipping/Pack-out, Staging, Order Selecting).
- Serve as a working-lead alongside the team and be the first point of contact for associates.
- Train associates, monitor production, provide constructive feedback, train new associates, and assist the Supervisor to maintain high customer standards.
- Support schedule planning and ensure safe and efficient operations.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 3+ years in a progressive role within a supply chain, logistics, warehouse or distribution environment as a Team Lead, Workflow Planner or similar role that involves decision-making and leading others.
- At least 6 months of experience operating stand-up material handling equipment; preference given to those with stand-up Order Picker and Reach Truck experience.
- Experience operating other material handling equipment such as Order (Cherry) Picker, Sit-down, Clamp, Electric Pallet Jack is a plus.
- Ability to train, supervise, and provide feedback to associates and support the Supervisor to meet customer standards.
Nice to Have
- Stand-up Order Picker and Reach Truck experience preferred.
- Experience with other MHE is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $22.00 per hour base, plus $0.75 shift differential (effective on shift).
