GROUP ACCOUNTANT – WESTMEAD GROUP

Group Accountant – Westmead Group, Ibadan, Oyo State.

Responsibilities

• Manage and reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, customer accounts, and other financial records.
• Monitor daily sales, expenses, payments, receipts, and other financial transactions.
• Prepare periodic financial reports and management accounts.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
• Ensure proper documentation, financial accountability, and compliance with internal control procedures.

Requirements

• 1. HND/B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2. Must be a Chartered Accountant (ICAN/ACCA).
• 3. Relevant experience in account reconciliation is mandatory.
• 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is an added advantage.
• 5. Strong analytical skills, integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• 6. Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.
• 7. Must be willing to work on Saturdays.
