Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Grounds & Landscaping Supervisor to strengthen our Grounds & Landscaping team. The successful candidate will deliver an excellent service, support colleagues, and contribute to continuous improvement at Enugu International Hospital. You will work within a multidisciplinary team serving patients across South-East Nigeria, with access to modern facilities and a clear pathway for professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality, reliable service within the Cleaning & Housekeeping function

• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to achieve shared goals

• Maintain accurate records and uphold organisational standards

• Support quality improvement and process-efficiency initiatives

• Uphold health, safety, and compliance requirements at all times

• Qualifications and Experience

• 5+ years grounds / horticulture experience with supervisory background

• Current registration with the applicable Nigerian regulatory body, where required

• Evidence of continuing professional development
