About the Role The Ground Test Lead Engineer will lead ground test activities for programs based in Huntsville, AL. This role focuses on coordinating test planning, execution, and validation to ensure mission readiness. What You'll Do
- Lead planning and execution of ground test campaigns
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, program management, and safety
- Analyze test results and support documentation for program reviews What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Relevant experience in ground testing and test engineering
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills Nice to Have
- Experience with aerospace/defense programs
