Kern doel van die pos:

Effektiewe oorhoofse beheer en bestuur van landboumeganisasie onderdele en werkswinkel om ’n volhoubare diens te lewer aan alle OVK Groep kliënte met winsgewindheid.

Minimum Vereistes:

• Graad 12;
• 5-10 jaar ervaring in ’n meganisasie (trekkers, stropers en spuite), onderdele en werkswinkel omgewing;
• Onderdele en/of werkswinkel bemarking en bestuursondervinding is ’n vereiste;
• Gekwalifiseerde landbouwerktuigkundige met die fokus op presisie boerdery tegnologie;
• Geldige rybewys en bereid om te reis.

Vaardighede:

• Rekenaarvaardig;
• Goeie kommunikasie in Afrikaans en Engels;
• Personeelbestuur;
• Natuurlike vermoë om in kompeterende landbou omgewing suksesvol te funksioneer;
• Onderhandelingsvaardighede;
• Onder druk kan funksioneer;
• Goeie mensekennis.

Verantwoordelikhede:

• Finansiële bestuur;
• Personeelbestuur;
• Beheer en bestuur van administrasie;
• Mark aandeel groei;
• Bestuur en onderhoud van bates;
• Voorraadbestuur

Main purpose of the position:

Effective overall control and management of agricultural mechanisation parts and workshop to deliver a sustainable service to all OVK Group clients with profitability.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12;
• 5-10 years’ experience in a mechanisation (tractors, harvesters and sprayers), parts and workshop environment;
• Experience in parts and/or workshop marketing and management is required;
• Qualified agricultural technician with a focus on precision farming technology;
• Valid driver's license and willing to travel.
