About the Role Voith is seeking a Grinder Operator to support its manufacturing operations in West Monroe, LA. The role focuses on operating grinders, maintaining equipment, and lifting loads to keep production moving efficiently. What You'll Do
- Operate large roll grinders
- Operate overhead crane and forklift
- Maintain and troubleshoot grinding equipment; perform routine maintenance
- Lift loads up to 50 lbs
- Work shifts and overtime as required What We're Looking For

- Experience operating overhead crane and forklift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work shifts and overtime
- High school diploma preferred Nice to Have
- Experience with hand truck and hand tools
