About the Role Netradyne's GreenZone Score is a scientifically driven driver safety product that aggregates fleet and driver data in real time to reflect what is happening on the road. This role focuses on communicating the value of GreenZone Score to customers, enabling ROI through insights, coaching, and driver engagement.
What You'll Do
- Promote understanding of the GreenZone Score and its impact on safety, efficiency, and ROI for fleets.
- Collaborate with customers to leverage Driver•i, DriverStars, and the Driver•i Mobile App to drive safer driving behaviors.
- Provide performance insights and coaching guidance by interpreting events and alerts and their impact on the score.
- Support customers in establishing incentive programs and future projections informed by data.
- Work with the Safety Manager Assistant (SAM) to obtain quick views and actionable recommendations.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain data-driven insights to drivers and fleet managers.
- Interest in or experience with driver safety analytics, coaching programs, and fleet optimization.
- Comfort interpreting itemized driving behavior data and translating it into coaching actions.
- Familiarity with real-time data processing and edge computing concepts is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI-powered safety tools such as SAM and related Driver•i ecosystem components.
- Prior exposure to driver incentive programs and safety training initiatives.
