Job Description
Job PurposeOperate and monitor the Grease Manufacturing Plant (GMP) and supporting utilities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production. Support daily manufacturing activities, maintain product quality standards, and contribute to plant safety and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor plant processes via Plant Control System (PCS) and perform field operations.
- Execute grease manufacturing and filling activities in accordance with production schedules, quality standards, and HSSE requirements.
- Monitor and operate plant utilities, including boilers, air compressors, thermal oil, cooling water, and hot water systems.
- Perform routine inspections, first-line troubleshooting, and basic maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability.
