Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled GRC/Risk & Compliance Manager with 7-10 years of experience to lead our Governance, Risk, and Compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in GRC strategy and implementation, ensuring that our organization adheres to regulatory requirements while effectively managing risks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement GRC strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify compliance gaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of GRC programs.
• Provide training and support to staff on GRC policies and procedures.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting GRC.
• Facilitate audits and assessments to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
• Develop and maintain GRC documentation, including policies, procedures, and reports.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in GRC strategy and implementation.
• Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and compliance regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with GRC software tools.
• Certifications such as CISA, CISM, or CRISC.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
• Familiarity with ISO standards related to risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 7-10 years of experience in GRC, risk management, or compliance roles.
