About the Role Rocketgenius (Gravity Forms) is seeking a self-motivated remote teammate with experience in WordPress, Gravity Forms, and digital product support environments. The role focuses on delivering clear, concise, friendly, and timely solutions to Gravity Forms customers, spanning simple licensing questions to complex, multi-plugin setups and lengthy conversations. What You'll Do
- Provide customer support for WordPress/Gravity Forms customers, handling inquiries via ticketing system and communicating with customers via Slack, email, and video.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across WordPress plugins/themes, hosting, databases, caching, APIs, and webhooks; reproduce problems in a test environment using GitHub when needed.
