About the Role Rocketgenius (Gravity Forms) is seeking a self-motivated remote teammate with experience in WordPress, Gravity Forms, and digital product support environments. The role focuses on delivering clear, concise, friendly, and timely solutions to Gravity Forms customers, spanning simple licensing questions to complex, multi-plugin setups and lengthy conversations. What You'll Do
- Provide customer support for WordPress/Gravity Forms customers, handling inquiries via ticketing system and communicating with customers via Slack, email, and video.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across WordPress plugins/themes, hosting, databases, caching, APIs, and webhooks; reproduce problems in a test environment using GitHub when needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate, detailed technical communication and maintain a positive, calm interface for customers and colleagues.
- Demonstrate value as a remote team member by contributing reliably and professionally. What We're Looking For
- A solid level of experience supporting WordPress plugins and a good understanding of Gravity Forms.
- Experience monitoring and servicing customer issues via a ticket management system.
- Strong understanding of WordPress web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, themes, and plugins) and related hosting, databases, caching, APIs, and webhooks.
- Ability to investigate, test, resolve, and clearly communicate technical concepts related to WordPress plugins and related systems (web hosts, mail systems, etc.).
- Some experience using GitHub to set up a WordPress test environment. Great Candidate:
- Expertise in Gravity Forms and familiarity with its ecosystem of extensions/add-ons.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4.
- Regular contribution to the Gravity Forms community.
- Ability to read and quickly understand PHP code snippets. Nice to Have
- Any demonstrated outputs such as talks, blog posts, code contributions, or community activity related to Gravity Forms/WordPress. Compensation & Benefits
