A Day in the Life:
The Graphic Production Artist will work on all final print production jobs related to by not limited to Cans and tray production within the creative production department. They will focus on all outgoing projects for Cans, for both domestic and international markets, will work closely with Innovation, new product development and regulatory teams to understand requirements. Technical knowledge of nutrition panel setup, Dielines, Spot Color, CMYK and proper layer structure is a must. Ability to prioritize jobs and help ensure quality work is produced in a timely fashion. The Graphic Production Artist must be a highly organized, a detail-oriented thinker, an excellent communicator, understand the creative process, able to track and drive the completion of numerous small and large-scale projects simultaneously.
The Impact You'll Make:

Adapt and resize existing creative into on-brand formats based on established design concepts and brand guidelines.

PrePress Background with proper file setup methodology

Work closely with art directors, designers, copywriters, and other creative team members to implement creative direction and ensure design integrity throughout the production process.

Setup and adapt products to different dielines for worldwide products and brands. Boxes, Shipper, Trays, Cans, Bottles, etc.

Manage multiple concurrent production requests, effectively prioritizing workload and balancing competing deadlines to ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule while maintaining quality and brand standards.

Clearly communicate production requirements, technical specifications, project status updates, and timelines within the creative team, proactively identifying potential issues and coordinating solutions to ensure projects remain on schedule and meet quality standards.

Ability to learn and use 3D software to render Cans/Packaging.
Who You Are:
-
Bachelor's Degree in the field of Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field preferred

3+ years of experience in graphic production, graphic design, creative services, marketing communications

3+ years of experience in a large consumer, lifestyle brand

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), with strong attention to file setup and specs
Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated annual salary range for this position is listed below. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
Pay Range
$77,250—$103,000 USD
