About the role

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with experience in brand identity, product design and premium packaging. The ideal candidate has a strong design portfolio and prior experience with consumer brands: D2C, FMCG, food and beverage, lifestyle, beauty, wellness or similar businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• BRAND & PACKAGING DESIGN
• Design high-quality, premium and visually compelling brand assets
• Create and develop logos, brand identities, product designs and SKU packaging
• Design packaging for different product formats while keeping consistency across the brand portfolio
• Develop creative concepts from initial ideation through to final, production-ready designs
• BRAND ALIGNMENT & COLLABORATION
• Make sure every design fits the brand's positioning, visual identity and target audience
• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to turn business requirements into strong visual concepts
• Create design variations and iterations based on feedback
• PRODUCTION QUALITY & TRENDS
• Ensure accuracy across dimensions, layouts, typography, colours, print specifications and production

Requirements

• Stay updated on current design, packaging, branding and consumer trends

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in Graphic Design, Brand Design, Packaging Design or a related role

• Strong experience designing logos, product packaging, labels and SKU designs

• Prior experience with consumer-facing brands or similar businesses in a comparable role

• A strong, high-quality portfolio showing branding, packaging and product design work

• Excellent understanding of typography, composition, colour theory, layouts and visual hierarchy

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma or equivalent tools

• Strong attention to detail and an eye for premium aesthetics

• Ability to take ownership of projects and deliver high-quality work on deadline

• PREFERRED BACKGROUND

• Experience with FMCG, D2C, food and beverage, beauty, wellness, lifestyle, fashion or other consumer brands
