Job Summary
- We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented graphic designer to produce high-quality visual content that supports our brand, marketing campaigns, and client-facing communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design visual content for digital and print use.
- Create and maintain consistent brand identity across all company materials and client deliverables.
- Design recruitment and HR-related marketing materials, job adverts, onboarding kits, company profiles, and proposals.
- Support the marketing team with graphics for campaigns, newsletters, email banners, and digital adverts.
- Edit and retouch images and produce motion graphics or simple animations where required.
- Collaborate with copywriters and content creators to ensure visuals align with messaging and campaign goals.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- Maintain an organized library of design files, brand assets, and templates.
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc. in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related creative discipline.
- 1–2 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite—Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across digital and print design.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to take briefs, incorporate feedback, and deliver clean final files promptly.
- Knowledge of basic motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, CapCut, or Premiere Pro) is an advantage.
- Must reside within or within easy commuting distance of Ikeja, Lagos.
Salary
NGN 130,000 per month.
