About the Role
Grants Specialist at ICON contributes to our accounting and financial operations function, ensuring high-quality grant-related deliverables across clinical programmes. This role combines grant research, proposal development, compliance, and program tracking to advance ICON’s mission. What You'll Do

Manage the grant application process from start to finish.

Research and identify grant opportunities that align with our organization's mission and values.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and develop compelling grant proposals.

Ensure compliance with grant funding requirements and deadlines.

Track and report on grant activities and outcomes. What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Nonprofit Management, Public Administration).

Previous experience in grant writing, grant management, or a related field preferred.

Previous experience in payment for CRO or Study Sites.

Experience using TMF, CTMS.

Strong research and analytical skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
