Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify grant opportunities from local and international funding partners.
- Develop compelling grant proposals, concept notes, and funding applications.
- Manage grant submissions, documentation, and application deadlines.
- Support donor reporting, compliance, and impact reporting.
- Build and maintain relationships with funding partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 3+ years' experience in grant writing, fundraising, proposal development, or research.
- Strong writing, research, analytical, and storytelling skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Experience in education, nonprofit, social impact, or startup environments is an advantage.
