Strategic Planning & Intelligence
- Identify and track relevant funding opportunities.
- Concept Note Drafting: Translate programmatic ideas into compelling, donor-aligned concept notes.
- Full Proposal Writing: Lead the narrative development, articulating problem statements, interventions, and impact.
- Theory of Change (ToC) Design: Develop logical frameworks (LogFrames) and ToCs that clearly link activities to outcomes.
- Budget Construction: Collaborate with finance to create accurate, competitive, and compliant proposal budgets.
- Work Plan Creation: Design detailed implementation timelines, deliverables, and staffing plans.
Compliance, Risk & Legal
- Ensure proposals adhere to specific donor rules.
- Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate reputational, financial, and operational risks associated with new funding.
- Due Diligence Preparation: Compile and maintain organizational registrations, audit reports, and policies for rapid submission.
