About the Role Polyphony Digital, a 100% subsidiary of Sony Interactive Entertainment, is recruiting new graduates to join the Gran Turismo production team. The Gran Turismo series has shipped over 100 million copies worldwide as of June 2025, and we continue to push ideas for the future through art and technology. We are seeking passionate, skilled individuals who want to create the future through art and technology and contribute to Gran Turismo-centered development.
What You'll Do Upon joining, your duties will be assigned based on your preferences and aptitude, and you will work on Gran Turismo-related development while undergoing training.
What We're Looking For New graduates; game development experience is not required. Strong programming skills or specialized study in fields related to game development, with a proactive drive to innovate. The selection process will assess candidate's programming or domain-specific abilities against our standards, by our engineers. After joining, you will be assigned tasks according to your wishes and aptitude, with training, while contributing to Gran Turismo development.
