About the Role Grammer is seeking an assembler for our Qingdao, China site to support production line assembly and new-project sample parts. This role focuses on hands-on assembly, maintaining 5S on the shop floor, and helping to fulfill production plans in a dynamic automotive interiors environment.
What You'll Do
- Production line assembly
- 5S on the production site
- Completion/fulfillment of production planning
- Production of samples for new projects
What We're Looking For
- Willing to work shifts and overtime
- Physically healthy, able to follow leadership, hardworking, and reliable
- 1-3 years of in-factory assembly experience
- Familiar with upholstery/covering processes
- Knowledge of seat assembly preferred
