Job Description
Supports OSR operations related to review and certification of academic requirements, with a primary focus on graduation eligibility and related processes. Key duties include processing of exceptions and waivers, auditing and certification of students’ eligibility for graduation, and seeing graduation applications through to their final resolution. Oversees processes related to diplomas. Typical hiring salary for this position is $47,500.00 commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze and leverage data effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to function as a team member.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated exemplary customer service.
- Dependable, self-motivated, organized, and possess the ability to problem solve.
- Ability to follow established policies and procedures.
- Ability to work independently, and with minimal supervision.
Preferred:
- Prior experience at an institution of higher education in student records or related areas.
- Experience with automated student information systems preferred, Oracle PeopleSoft highly.
- Experience with certifying students’ eligibility for graduation and/or athletic eligibility.
