Job title: Graduate/Junior Consultant
About the Role You will be working in key projects for leading organizations in the strategy, commercial effectiveness, transformation: organization and processes, risk management and control and marketing, financial and management information areas. This role offers a hands-on consulting experience in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment.
What You'll Do
- Support delivery on consulting projects across strategy, commercial effectiveness, transformation (organization and processes), risk management and control, and marketing, financial and management information areas.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and learn quickly.
- Participate in client workshops and internal trainings to develop skills.
What We're Looking For
- Recent graduates or final year students from Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Actuarial Science or Engineering.
- Postgraduate studies and/or specialised courses are an asset.
- Solid academic record; strong work ethic, maturity, responsibility.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to integrate easily into multidisciplinary teams.
Nice to Have
- Postgraduate studies and/or specialised courses are an asset (optional).
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training, including language courses.
