Graduate Trainee – Store Operations
Catalyst Path Consulting is offering an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Trainee to join their team and gain valuable experience in Store Operations.
This role is designed for recent graduates with a strong interest in retail, providing hands-on experience in the day-to-day management of store activities.
You will assist with crucial tasks such as inventory and stock management, including receiving, storage, and replenishment, ensuring products are always available for customers.
The position also involves supporting product arrangement, merchandising, and pricing to maintain an appealing store presentation and enhance the customer shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the store under the supervision of the Store Manager.
- Support inventory and stock management activities, including receiving, storage, replenishment, and stock counts.
- Assist with monitoring stock levels and identifying discrepancies, damages, or expired products.
- Support product arrangement, merchandising, pricing, and general store presentation.
- Assist in attending to customer enquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- 0–2 years of work experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interest in retail, store operations, sales, inventory management, or business management.
- Must currently reside in Abuja/FCT.
- Must be available to resume immediately.
