Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated, intelligent, and career-driven Graduate Trainee to join our team and undergo structured training in retail and store operations. The successful candidate will receive hands-on exposure to store operations, inventory management, customer service, sales, merchandising, staff coordination, and administrative processes. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate who is eager to learn, develop practical skills, and build a long-term career in retail management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day operations of the store under the supervision of the Store Manager.
• Support inventory and stock management activities, including receiving, storage, replenishment, and stock counts.
• Assist with monitoring stock levels and identifying discrepancies, damages, or expired products.
• Support product arrangement, merchandising, pricing, and general store presentation.
• Assist in attending to customer enquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Support sales activities and contribute to achieving store targets.
• Assist with preparing basic operational, inventory, and sales reports.
• Learn and adhere to company policies, operational procedures, and health and safety standards.
• Work closely with store staff, warehouse, procurement, suppliers, and other departments when required.
• Support administrative activities, staff coordination, and other store-related tasks.
• Participate actively in training and take on additional responsibilities as skills and experience develop.
• Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• 0–2 years of work experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest in retail, store operations, sales, inventory management, or business management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to take initiative.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Must currently reside in Abuja/FCT.
• Must be available to resume immediately.
