Graduate Trainee - Spare Parts

Responsibility:
- Assist in the receipt, inspection, identification, storage, and issuance of spare parts.
- Support the maintenance of accurate inventory records and ensure timely updates of stock transactions on the ERP system. Assist in monitoring stock levels, identifying fast-moving and slow-moving items, and reporting stock shortages.
- Support periodic stock counts and inventory reconciliation to ensure alignment between physical stock and system records. Assist in identifying spare parts required for vehicle maintenance, repairs, and servicing.
- Support the preparation and processing of material requisitions, purchase requests, and stock transfer documentation.
- Assist in tracking outstanding spare parts orders and following up on deliveries with the Procurement Department and suppliers.
Requirements

A Bachelor's degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Purchasing and Supply.

Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme or possess a valid exemption certificate.

Basic knowledge of inventory management, warehousing, or automotive spare parts will be an added advantage.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Familiarity with ERP systems will be an added advantage.

High level of accuracy, integrity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
