Graduate Trainee – Quantity Surveying
Bluemool Limited is a renowned Engineering company with a specialization in Real estate, Civil Engineering & Procurement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and tender documents.
- Support measurement and valuation of construction works.
- Assist with cost monitoring, budgeting, and project cost control.
- Participate in material quantity take-offs and procurement documentation.
- Assist with reviewing contractor quotations, invoices, and project variations.
- Maintain accurate cost records and other project documentation.
Requirements

A Bachelor's degree or HND in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying, as applicable.

Recent graduates and candidates with limited relevant work experience are encouraged to apply.

Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

Good communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of relevant engineering or quantity surveying software is an advantage.

A willingness to learn, demonstrate initiative, and work effectively with a project team.

Ability to work on construction sites when required.
