About this role
Utiva is offering a Graduate Trainee Programme for Lagos-based NYSC corps members. The initiative aims to support you as you complete your service year by providing industry-relevant training, mentorship from experienced professionals, and structured career development. Up to 300 corps members in Lagos will have the opportunity to participate, with the top performers potentially retained by Utiva and others matched with hiring organizations. Participants will also receive incentives and allowances as part of the programme, and the goal is to help you become job-ready before you pass out.
Responsibilities
- Engage fully in industry-relevant training and development activities provided by the programme
- Seek mentorship from experienced professionals to guide skills growth and career planning
- Participate in career development activities and connections with potential hiring organizations
- Complete programme tasks and demonstrate readiness for employment opportunities
- Maintain professionalism and commitment to the programme requirements while serving in Lagos
Requirements
- Currently serving as an NYSC corps member and based in Lagos
- Interest in participating in a structured graduate trainee programme focused on career development and job readiness
- Willingness to engage with training, mentorship, and opportunities to be matched with hiring organizations
- Commitment to completing the programme and pursuing opportunities that may arise from it
