Requirements
Our criteria for the NOVA Bank Graduate Trainee Program (NGTP) is as detailed below:
Candidates must:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
- Have graduated with a Minimum of a second class upper division (2:1)
- Have Completed NYSC
- Not be more than 27 years of age.
