Description

• We are seeking young, ambitious, and result-oriented graduates to join our team as Graduate Trainee Field Officers in the banking sector. Successful candidates will undergo practical training and gain hands-on experience in customer acquisition, field marketing, business development, financial product sales, and relationship management.
• The ideal candidates should be enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to work in the field to promote banking products, acquire new customers, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers for the bank’s products and services.
• Promote savings accounts, current accounts, loans, payment solutions, and other financial products.
• Conduct field marketing, customer visits, and promotional activities to generate leads.
• Assist customers with account opening, documentation, and onboarding processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to deposit mobilization and revenue growth.
• Identify business opportunities within assigned territories and markets.
• Provide accurate information about banking products, services, and procedures.
• Prepare daily activity reports, sales updates, and customer acquisition reports.
• Participate in training sessions and comply with the bank’s policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• A minimum of a B.Sc. or HND in any discipline from a recognized institution.
• Must be a recent graduate or possess limited work experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to work in the field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to work in any assigned location nationwide.
