Section: Overview Participates in a structured engineering development program designed to build practical capability across modern manufacturing, product development, and engineering operations.
Section: Responsibilities
- Support engineering projects across product design, prototyping, and manufacturing operations
- Gain practical exposure to additive manufacturing processes, materials, and quality standards
- Assist with design for manufacturing and assembly (DFMA) activities
- Participate in product development workflows from concept to testing and iteration
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams on operational and technical tasks
Section: Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related discipline
- NYSC completion is mandatory
- Basic understanding of engineering design and manufacturing principles
- Familiarity with CAD tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Fusion 360, or related software is an advantage
