The Corporately Lucid Graduate Trainee Program (CLGTP) is a paid, one-year career development program designed for ambitious graduates and early-career professionals seeking practical industry experience and accelerated professional growth. Program Structure: The CLGTP is a fully remote program, allowing participants to contribute and learn from anywhere while collaborating with colleagues and mentors in a professional virtual environment. To ensure a productive and immersive learning experience, trainees are expected to be available and actively engaged during standard working hours:

• Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM This structure mirrors a professional work environment and helps participants develop the discipline, collaboration habits, and workplace readiness expected in today's organisations.
