Graduate Trainee –Accounting & Finance

Roles/Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist with financial record-keeping and documentation.
• Support the preparation of budgets, financial reports and expenditure summaries.
• Assist in invoice processing, reconciliations and payment tracking.
• Support accounts payable and receivable activities.
• Help maintain accurate financial records in line with company procedures.
• Assist with financial data analysis and routine reporting.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized university.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical, organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative and develop professionally.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• High levels of professionalism, integrity and attention to detail.
• A proactive, adaptable and results-oriented approach to work.
