About the Role Intel Graduate Talent (CPU-SoC Silicon Design) is a role focused on training, design, and development of next-generation SOC/CPU for Intel products. You will contribute to RTL validation and use CAD tools to simulate logic behavior and guide physical design for deep sub-micron embedded circuits. This role involves collaboration with design teams to ensure accuracy of models and circuit performance.

What You'll Do

• Assist design unit owner in RTL model functional validation.
• Use CAD tools to simulate logic behavior and circuit performance.
• Contribute to direction of physical design for next-generation embedded circuits.
• Verify circuit behavior against original simulation models.

What We're Looking For

• Interest in training, design and development of next-generation SOC/CPU.
• Familiarity with Register Transfer Level (RTL) design and functional validation.
• Experience using CAD/EDA tools for logic simulation and circuit performance analysis.
• Ability to verify circuit behavior against simulation models and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
