Job Description

Title: Graduate Student Worker – Library Services Department: Library (Post) Campus Salary: $17 per hour

Starting Date: As soon as possible

Eligibility: Must be a graduate student enrolled in Palmer Library School.

Graduate Assistant responsibility/duties

Assists librarians and support staff with daily library operations to help library users
Provides weekend/evening coverage (scheduling dependent on library needs)
Assists with reference services
Answers telephone
Assists with circulation services, including shelving and filing library materials
Assists patrons with computer and copier operation as necessary
Helps with projects
Other duties as assigned
