Job title: Graduate Student Therapist Liaison – Psychological Services Center
About the Role
This on-site position serves as a liaison between the Psychological Services Center (PSC) leadership and Graduate Student Therapists (GSTs) for therapy and testing caseloads. Working closely with PSC leadership, the role supports coordination of intake, case assignments, and participation in PSC activities to ensure smooth clinical operations. The position is a budgeted student role with a defined start and end date.
What You'll Do
- Meets with students prior to testing supervision
- Conducts all intakes for therapy and testing cases and assigns the case to a graduate student therapist
- Attends weekly PSC meetings and staff meetings
What We're Looking For
- LIU student enrolled in an active degree program
- Doctoral level student in good standing who has completed a minimum of one year practicum training
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $20 per hour (minimum hourly rate)
- Period of employment: Begin Date 9/1/26, End Date 7/24/27
- FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
