About the Role The Graduate Research Assistant will support the Disability and Deaf Studies Program under Dr. Christa Bialka. The role focuses on marketing, gathering feedback from students through focus groups and exit interviews, and assisting with events and promotions to improve program outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Assist Dr. Christa Bialka with marketing for the Disability and Deaf Studies Program.
- Conduct focus groups with students to identify opportunities for program improvement.
- Conduct exit interviews to collect participant perspectives.
- Assist with event planning and promotional activities.
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled Villanova graduate student (required).
- Availability for 6 hours per week during the 2025-2026 academic year (on-campus).
- Eligibility for work study preferred but open to all students.
- Ability to contribute to marketing, data collection, and event coordination.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $18/hour (hourly).
