About the Role The Carter Synergy Graduate Programme is a structured two-year scheme designed to develop ambitious graduates through hands-on rotations across core business areas, building commercial awareness and laying the foundations for a long-term career. What You'll Do
- Rotate through key business areas including Business Development, Projects, Service, HSEQ, Procurement & Fleet, Human Resources, and IT & Systems to gain exposure to how a modern, customer-focused business operates
- Gain experience across processes from client engagement, tenders and marketing to commercial planning and supplier management
- Engage with the full project lifecycle from design to delivery and review, and work within our fast-paced service operation
- Support audits, risk assessments and reporting to understand safe, compliant operations
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training and employee relations; support cost analysis and supply chain activity
- Learn how business systems support operations, security and critical software What We're Looking For
- Graduates who are keen to learn, proactive, analytical and confident communicators
- A genuine curiosity about how businesses operate
